Once your returned item is received and inspected at the return facility, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not typically offer direct exchanges due to how our inventory is managed across different locations.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns. This will be clearly indicated on the product page. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
